Plans & Credits
Plan access, shared Credits, rate limits and hold / commit / release.
Basic, Plus, Pro and Studio include OAuth MCP access and website image/video generation. Generation uses Credits. Websites and agents spend from the same workspace balance; there is no additional MCP surcharge.

See Pricing for current prices, Studio capacity tiers and offers. Annual plans still receive a monthly Credit allocation. Subscription Credits expire at the end of their monthly Credit cycle; they do not accumulate indefinitely. A purchased Credit pack has a 365-day validity period.
An active subscription, trial or eligible invitation membership is required for recommendations and MCP. Buying a Credit pack alone does not unlock them. Trial access has 40 Credits and 4 recommendation batches per day for 3 days; eligibility is checked at signup. Daily batch limits include the first batch, are shared across website and MCP under the billing account, and reset at 00:00 UTC.
Unlimited MCP agents means agent connections are not a per-agent paid entitlement. It does not mean unlimited Credits, generation or request throughput. Pro and Studio remove the daily recommendation-batch cap; Credit charges, workspace budgets and rate limits still apply.

What uses Credits
New recommendation batches reserve 8 Credits and settle at 1 Credit per delivered Hook, up to 8. A display limit or an agent showing only 3 of 8 delivered Hooks does not reduce the bill to 3. A batch delivering 3 Hooks before a confirmed failure can still settle 3 Credits.
Website image/video generation uses the model, options and Credit quote confirmed before submission. There is no universal flat generation price. Ask Nabit uses 2 Credits per completed reply; a text creative plan uses 4. Consult the actual quote and account usage for the action you choose.
Hold, commit and release
- Hold: Before starting paid work, Nabit reserves Credits. Reserved Credits are unavailable for other actions but are not yet a final charge.
- Commit: A confirmed result settles the hold. Recommendations use the finalized delivered-Hook count; generation settles its confirmed quote. Progressive recommendations keep their reservation until the batch's final receipt is known.
- Release: Any unused reservation is released when settlement confirms a lower cost, or when a failure / cancellation is confirmed with nothing billable delivered.
A hold that was never submitted for execution expires after 30 minutes and is released during cleanup. A submitted request with an uncertain result stays reserved for reconciliation. A timeout alone does not promise a refund; check the same request before starting again.
Released Credits retain their original validity. Expired or revoked Credit lots are not revived, and a daily allowance from a previous day is not restored as today's allowance. Re-reading a settled batch does not charge it twice; asking for a new batch can.
Rate limits and spending controls
The MCP adapter currently allows 180 requests per minute per workspace. More specific limits also apply:
| Operation | Current limit |
|---|---|
| Ensure / next recommendation batch, combined | 30 per minute per workspace and product |
| Request a match explanation | 120 per minute per workspace and product |
| Product writes | 20 per minute per workspace |
| Public product preview | 12 per 5 minutes per workspace |
| Render reference videos | 30 per minute per workspace |
| Change product trend tracking | 12 per hour per workspace |
Concurrent agents share these limits. On a rate-limit response, back off and retry the same operation; do not create another batch to bypass it. Workspace and member budgets or spending pauses can block paid actions even when the balance is positive. Viewers cannot generate or spend Credits.
