- Can I get help without an account?
- Yes. Email works without signing in. Nabit Assistant, the in-product assistant, needs a signed-in workspace because it answers from your current product context.
- What should I include in a support email?
- The email address you sign in with, the product or workspace name, the page URL and, for reference requests, the link to the public Nabit page in question.
- Is Nabit Assistant a human support channel?
- No. Nabit Assistant is an AI assistant that answers from your current product and reviewed references. For anything involving your account, billing or rights, email the team instead.
