Credits are shared within a workspace. Owners and admins manage billing; member spending can be limited or paused, and viewers cannot spend credits. The displayed allowance is not a separate allowance for each teammate.
Monthly credits are added after a successful payment and expire at the end of that monthly cycle. Unused subscription credits do not roll over.
Annual plans are charged once per year, but included credits refresh monthly. Each month's unused subscription credits expire at that month's cycle end.

Credits attached to a refunded or disputed payment may be reversed after billing review; consumed credits are never silently reissued.
