About Nabit
For the moment
before you
press record.
There is a moment between finding something inspiring and knowing what to make.
We’re building Nabit for that moment.
A little about us
01 / Our starting point
From a referenceto a direction.
An idea should have
somewhere to go.
A good reference can change the direction of a video. The next question is practical: what fits this product, and what should the opening actually show?
That is the question we’re building Nabit around. A place to bring your product, find a useful reference, and work through the idea you want to make.
We care about the opening frame, the reason someone keeps watching, and the moment the product makes its point. Those details give an advertising or creative team something concrete to work with.

02 / An idea in practice
We use Nabit
to explain Nabit.
We entered Nabit into our free hook generator, chose a product demonstration, and turned one returned opening into an editorial brief.
“Watch what happens
when I open the app”
The recorded example shows the input, returned draft and our editing decisions. It is a free-tool example, not a measured advertising campaign.

A product withpeople behind it.
Made by the
Nabit team.
We build for founders, growth marketers and creative teams working on their next product video.
When you have a product question, an idea, or feedback about a reference, you can write to the team. We’d like to hear what you’re trying to make.
04 / The thread so far
The name changed.
The opening still matters.
Nabit was previously called HookRef. The former website, hookref.com, now redirects to nabit.ai.
- HookRef
A focus on the opening.
The product’s former name, rooted in video hooks and references.
- Nabit · Today
Room to develop the idea.
References, product context and creative planning, brought into one workspace.
Let’s talk
What are you
working on?
A product to introduce, a reference to discuss, or a better way to work. We’d like to hear it.
