Get connected
Install the Nabit plugin, connect your Nabit account, and ask for your first references.
This release uses Nabit's existing member sign-in. Choose workspace access to use product management and recommendation research, or keep a single-product connection for existing recommendations. Review the permissions before continuing.

v0.5.2 · Production package
View the plugin source ↗ · Previously installed from a ZIP? Migrate your existing source first.
The ZIP remains available as a fallback. Its README explains local installation; updates are installed manually from this production package.
Download v0.5.2If you have the older local Nabit plugin installed, disable it in Codex so only one Nabit plugin is active.
Codex may ask you to connect during installation. Otherwise, mention Nabit in a conversation: the plugin starts the sign-in flow when your connection is missing or expired.
In the browser, sign in through Feishu, choose the authorization range, and select Allow connection. Nabit checks the live connection before fetching references.
Use this fallback command, then complete the browser consent:
codex mcp login nabit
If the current conversation cannot reload its tools after sign-in, start a new one. You can review or revoke access in Nabit at any time.
Use the product facts in your current conversation, then tell your agent which references you want to inspect or keep. Matching and research use the same prices, credits and limits as Nabit.
Use Nabit Video Recommendations with the product information in this conversation. Find or create the appropriate Nabit product, then suggest useful video references. Include a viewing link, why each one fits, and an idea I could adapt.
This connects the Nabit tools without the plugin's bundled workflows. Run the command, then follow Codex's sign-in prompt.
codex mcp add nabit --url https://nabit.ai/mcp codex mcp login nabit
Plugin updates
Latest version: v0.5.2
Released October 9, 2026
The production package is hosted on Nabit. You choose when to update; Nabit does not silently replace the plugin while you work.
v0.5.2 adds in-conversation continuation after authorization, return to video references after sign-in, and playable video cards. Codex hosts without plugin UI can open a local video gallery. Your agent still orchestrates the product, matching, research and collection tools. Costs follow the existing Nabit product rules; video production is not included.
Compatible older versions can keep working. Server improvements take effect without reinstalling the plugin.
Install the production package when you want to update:
codex plugin add https://nabit.ai/codex/nabit-codex.zip
The command downloads the production package. Check the version reported by installation, then start a new Codex conversation. Your existing authorization stays in place. New management and paid capabilities require explicit workspace consent; reconnect for that upgrade when requested.
Ask Nabit to check for updates in Codex, or run:
codex plugin list --json
The website cannot read the plugin installed on your computer.
If an older Nabit plugin is installed from a local folder or an older package, remove that old entry in Codex first, then install the production package:
codex plugin add https://nabit.ai/codex/nabit-codex.zip
This installs the production package and keeps the Nabit production server address. It does not revoke your account authorization or delete your old downloaded folder. Use a new conversation after installation.
If the download cannot be reached, keep your current package and retry later. Do not delete credentials to update it.
On your schedule
Once your account is connected, ask Codex to set up a recurring Nabit digest. Spend less time searching for a starting point.
You choose the time and timezone in Codex. Installing the plugin does not turn on a schedule.
Help me create a weekday Nabit video digest. Confirm my preferred time and timezone first. Bind the actual product ID to this task. On each run, read that product's profile and use Nabit's daily digest to return up to five existing video references, with links and a short reason for each. If there are no new picks or my connection has expired, tell me.
A few useful details
Yes. This release is for Nabit members and uses Feishu sign-in. Connect an account with access to the product you want recommendations for.
No. Your agent can send concise product facts from the current task and interests you explicitly choose to save. Nabit does not automatically read your complete Codex or ChatGPT history.
This release focuses on finding, understanding, and saving video references. Open Nabit to continue your creative work. A reference does not automatically include permission to reuse its footage.
For tasks that run locally in Codex desktop, keep the computer on and the app running. The remote Nabit connection does not change where your Codex task runs.
Matching, research and configured updates use Nabit's existing product prices, credit settlement, quotas and budgets. Reading an existing batch may settle credits previously reserved for it. The plugin does not add a separate wallet or surcharge.
Open Connected apps in Nabit and revoke the grant. You can also disable the plugin and pause its scheduled tasks in Codex. Your saved references stay in Nabit.
